      Date:- 01/10/2020

Notify for general information of all concerned that the filling up of online application form of HS Level Examination SOS Block-A & Block-B (2019-20) will be started w.e.f. 01-10-2020. Therefore, every learners of both blocks are requested to submit their documents to the office as schedule below:-

* Date of Submission of Documents  :-05-10-2020 to 10-10-2019.

* Last date of Submission of Documents     :-10-10-2020.

* Last date of submission Documents

                                              (with late fine):-Rs.200/- 15-10-2020.

          *Last date of submission of assignment for

                                                        Block-A & Block-B:-10-10-2020.

Documents to be submitted for online form fill-up:-

          * Attested copy of Mark sheet of H.S. Pass.

          * Attested copy of Mark sheet of H.S.L.C. Exam.

          * 1 (One) copy of passport size photo.

Fee Structure:-

          *Exam. Fee                                       Rs.500.00

          *Practical Fee (Per Subject)                Rs.200.00

          *Mark Sheet Fee                                Rs.200.00

          *Certificate Fee                                  Rs.500.00

          *Centre Fee (Payable to centre)          Rs.450.00

          *Permission Fee for Improvement      Rs.300.00 (for unsuccessful learners)

          *Misc. Fee                                         Rs.150.00
