Notify for general information of all concerned that the schedule for filling up of application form of HS Level Examination 2018-19 Block-B (SOS) herein under:-

* Date of Issue of Form                    :- 02-09-2019 to 10-09-2019.
* Last date of submission form        :- 10-09-2019.
* Last date of submission form (with late fine Rs.200/-) :-15-09-2019.

Documents to be submitted:-
          * Attested copy of Mark sheet of H.S. Pass.
          * Attested copy of Mark sheet of H.S.L.C. Exam.
          * 2 (Two) copies of passport size photo (.9in X 1in)

Fee Structure:-
          *Exam. Fee                                        Rs.500/-
          *Practical Fee (Per Subject)              Rs.200/-
          *Mark Sheet Fee                                Rs.200/-
          *Certificate Fee                                 Rs.500/-
          *Centre Fee (Payable to centre)        Rs.400/-
          *Misc. Fee                                         Rs.100/-
